This course is designed for folks who are either setting (an unflexible) foot on a yoga mat for the first time, or keen to get back to basics. With added flexibility (HA!). Pay for 8 classes but have 10 weeks to use them in - so if life gets in the way and you have to miss a session, you don't waste your cash. Handy, right?! Or, if you're not able to commit to a term of classes, pay £15 for a drop-in place.
When we’re together in class we’ll learn poses and practices so that your body and mind start to feel healthier. Then while we’re apart you’ll have access to an online community (via Facebook) to continue your learning, share your experiences, and get support from your fellow un-bendy yoga pals.
Real Life Yoga is all about finding the ways and means to help you bring a little (or a lot) of yoga into your real life, so that’s why this course is different to all the others. We won’t preach – but together we’ll practice. (And possibly go to the pub.)
Please note that you do need to bring your own mat. And sometimes it's nice to have some water to sip. And maybe a jumper to put on for the lying-down bit at the end. And a gift for the teacher is always welcome…..*
