Felicity’s yoga training began with Ashtanga Primary Series & Rocket/Power Yoga. After a few years of teaching a dynamic style she qualiﬁed as a Prenatal and Postnatal/Mum and Baby yoga instructor. Felicity has recently become a mother herself and feels it is a privilege to be able to work alongside mums during this special time. She believes that yoga not only conditions the body physically but it calms the nervous system helping to relieve stress.
