Francesca has been practising yoga for 20 years and started teaching 10 years ago. She completed her 200hr training in Hawaii and is certified with Yoga Alliance. She also specializes in yoga for children and children with special needs, and runs her own Yogabugs business promoting yoga in schools and nurseries.
