The first obstacle to overcome is your self-consciousness, put your body in motion and shift attention away from the thinking mind, drop into the natural instinct of your body’s movement expression. No steps to learn, we become the student of the Rhythms which act as a tool to unleash the authentic dancer inside us all.

We will take our time, no rush, investigate with deeper exploration movement as vocabulary, as Art.

Everyone is welcome, no dance experience is necessary, no matter what age, size, shape, colour..there is no dogma in the dance, it unites us through the beat.
